    本发明公开了一种自修复型自成链防滑轮胎,属于汽车配件领域,一种自修复型自成链防滑轮胎,在硬化修补球的作用下,一方面,由于低温硬化修补球硬化,在车辆的挤压作用下,硬化修补球被挤压破裂,其内部的双态双态黏液溢出,可以在从内向外对本轮胎由于低温而产生的裂缝进行一定的自修补作用,另一方面,硬化修补球破裂后,在挤压作用下,硬化修补球发生较大形变,受力处的内嵌球与硬化修补球相互靠近,显著增加防滑齿牙处的硬度,从而使多个硬化修补球和内嵌球在轮胎本体表面形成类似防滑链作用的硬性防滑结构,进而有效增大本轮胎在低温下与结冰的路面之间的附着力,显著降低安全隐患,相较于现有技术手动安装防滑链,使用便利性更高。
