The invention provides a railway vehicle elastic wheel capable of actively controlling vibration and noise reduction and belongs to the technical field of railway vehicles. The wheel comprises a wheelcore, a wheel rim, an elastic mechanism, an upper sealing tile and a lower sealing tile, wherein the elastic mechanism comprises an upper rubber ring, a pressing ring and a lower rubber ring which are sequentially arranged in a sleeving mode; and liquid flow channels are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the elastic mechanism; an upper liquid chamber is formed between the outer circumference of the upper rubber body and the inner circumferential surfaces of the pair of upper sealing tiles; a lower liquid chamber is formed between the inner circumference of the lower rubber body and the outer circumferential surface of the lower sealing tile, and the upper liquid chamber and the lower liquid chamber are respectively communicated through liquid flow channels on the elastic mechanism; the upper liquid cavity, the lower liquid cavity and the liquid flow channel are filled with vibration reduction liquid, wheel vibration is reduced through energy loss generated when the vibration reduction liquid flows in the liquid flow channel, and wheel vibration at low frequency is effectively reduced. The wheel is actively controlled, and the vibration reduction effect of the wheel ina wide speed interval is improved.

    本发明提供一种主动控制减振降噪的轨道车辆弹性车轮,属于轨道车辆技术领域。包括轮芯、轮箍、弹性机构、上密封瓦和下密封瓦。弹性机构包括依次套设的上橡胶圈、压环和下橡胶圈;弹性机构的圆周上均布开设有液流通道。上橡胶体的外圆周和一对上密封瓦的内圆周表面之间形成上液体腔室;下橡胶体的内圆周和下密封瓦的外圆周表面之间形成下液体腔室,上液体腔室和下液体腔室之间由弹性机构上的液流通道分别连通;上液体腔室、下液体腔室和液流通道中充满有减振液体,通过减振液体在液流通道内流动产生的能量损耗来降低车轮振动,实现有效地减小在低频时的车轮振动。对车轮进行主动控制,改善了车轮在较宽速度区间内的减振效果。
