The invention relates to a welding system, in particular to a shipbuilding welding system. The shipbuilding welding system comprises a welding frame, two pushing mechanisms, supporting mechanisms, welding bases, welding clamping mechanisms, grinding mechanisms, a power mechanism and hoisting mechanisms. The two pushing mechanisms are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode and connected to the front end and the rear end of the lower end of the welding frame correspondingly, and the upper end of each pushing mechanism is connected with one supporting mechanism. The right end of each pushing mechanism is connected with one welding base, the upper end of each welding base is connected with one welding clamping mechanism, the left end of each pushing mechanism is connected with one grinding mechanism, the power mechanism is connected to the upper end of the welding frame, and the two hoisting mechanisms are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode. The two hoisting mechanisms are connected to the front end and the rear end of the power mechanism correspondingly. The power mechanism drives the hoisting mechanisms to hoist and erect a ship body, meanwhile, smoke generated due to welding in the welding frame can be filtered and discharged, and the smoke is prevented from from harming operators.
本发明涉及一种焊接系统,更具体的说是一种船舶制造焊接系统。包括焊接框架、推动机构、支撑机构、焊接座、焊接夹持机构、打磨机构、动力机构和起重机构,推动机构镜像对称设置有两个,两个推动机构分别连接在焊接框架下端的前后两端,每个推动机构的上端分别连接一个支撑机构,每个推动机构的右端均连接一个焊接座,每个焊接座的上端均连接一个焊接夹持机构,每个推动机构的左端均连接一个打磨机构,动力机构连接在焊接框架上端,起重机构镜像对称设置有两个,两个起重机构分别连接在动力机构的前后两端。动力机构带动起重机构对船体进行起重架起的同时可以对焊接框架内产生由焊接产生的烟雾进行过滤排出防止烟雾对操作人员产生危害。
