The invention discloses in-tunnel traffic accident first-aid safety equipment which comprises a work box arranged in a mountain body and a work cavity formed in the work box, a movable crawler belt shaft is rotatably arranged on the top wall of the work cavity, a movable crawler belt is arranged on the movable crawler belt shaft, and after the equipment is installed at a designated position, movement can be started according to vibration or explosion occurring in a tunnel, the movement rate of equipment can be adjusted according to the vibration amplitude or explosion heat, injured people canbe placed on the equipment and transported over a vehicle, the situation that rescue is not timely due to blockage is avoided, and the survival rate of the injured people is increased.
