The invention discloses an elevator visual inspection method. The inspection method comprises the following steps: acquiring a preset hoistway model and a preset elevator part model; acquiring safetysize requirement information, and generating a corresponding safety module based on the safety size requirement information; adjusting the preset elevator part model based on the safety module to obtain an adjusted elevator part model; and generating an inspection result of an elevator based on the adjusted elevator part model and the preset hoistway model. The invention further discloses an elevator visual inspection device. In the elevator inspection process, the three-dimensional models of a hoistway and the elevator are established according to the actual size of a field site, a field actual object is converted into a virtual three-dimensional model, safety inspection is conducted on actual operation of the elevator by controlling relative operation of the three-dimensional models, andtechnicians do not need to carry out manual observation or measurement in the hoistway any more, so that the inspection difficulty is greatly reduced, and the inspection accuracy is improved.

    本发明公开一种电梯的可视化检验方法,所述检验方法包括:获取预设井道模型和预设电梯部件模型;获取安全尺寸要求信息,基于所述安全尺寸要求信息生成对应的安全模块;基于所述安全模块对所述预设电梯部件模型进行调整,获得调整后电梯部件模型;基于所述调整后电梯部件模型和所述预设井道模型生成对所述电梯的检验结果。本发明还公开一种电梯的可视化检验装置。通过在对电梯进行检验的过程中,根据现场场地的实际尺寸建立井道和电梯的三维模型,将现场的实际物体转换为虚拟的三维模型,通过控制三维模型的相对运行以对电梯的实际运行进行安全检验,而不再需要技术人员在井道中进行人工观察或测量,从而大大降低了检验难度,提高了检验精确性。
