Historical data of power grid charge distribution of a power utilization area and a charging area are collected;according to the historical data of the power grid charge distribution of the charging area, subjecting the virtual power supply load capacity of the charging area at each time point to curve normalization surveying and mapping, and dividing the load descending time period, the load ascending time period and the load stabilizing time period of the virtual power supply load capacity within one day;deducing the duration time of the load descending period and the load ascending period from the historical data of the charging area, and correcting the virtual power supply load capacity of each time point of the load descending period again through the virtual power supply load capacity corresponding to the load descending period; and selecting time periods before and after the load drop time period as safety prediction time periods, and setting power-on and power-off operations of the charging pile according to a difference value between the real power supply load capacity and the chargingdemand. The working state of the charging pile can be rapidly, timely and stably regulated and controlled, and the power utilization safety of a community power utilization area and a charging area is improved.
本发明公开了一种小区充电桩的安全监测系统及方法,收集用电区和充电区的电网电荷分布的历史数据;根据充电区的电网电荷分布的历史数据,利用曲线归一化测绘充电区在每个时间点的虚拟供电负载量,划分虚拟供电负载量在一天时间内的负载下降时段、负载上升时段和负载稳定时段;从充电区的历史数据中推断负载下降时段和负载上升时段的持续时间,且通过负载下降时段对应的虚拟供电负载量重新校正负载下降时段每个时间点的虚拟供电负载量;选择负载下降时段的前后时间段为安全预测时间段,根据真实供电负载量和充电需求量的差值设定充电桩的上电和停电操作。本发明可快速及时且稳定的调控充电桩工作状态,增加小区用电区和充电区的用电安全。
