The invention relates to an energy-saving electric drilling winch and an energy feedback method thereof. The energy-saving electric drilling winch comprises a power generation integrated motor, an energy storage power supply, an inverter, a connecting device and a winch body. The power output end of the energy storage power supply is connected with the power input end of the power generation integrated motor through the inverter, the power input end of the power generation integrated motor is further connected with a well site power supply, and a power output shaft of the power generation integrated motor is connected with the winch body through the connecting device. The energy-saving electric drilling winch driven by the power generation integrated motor is adopted, the drilling winch isdriven by the energy storage power supply and the well site power supply in a time-sharing manner, the structure is simple, and convenience of maintenance is guaranteed; and the performance is equivalent to that of a conventionally-driven electric drilling winch. Repeated utilization of electric energy is achieved, and the total energy cost of well drilling construction is greatly reduced. The winch is suitable for being popularized in exploration drilling equipment, the winch device comprises a geological drilling rig, a petroleum drilling rig and a water well drilling rig, and economic effects are remarkable.

    本发明涉及一种节能电动钻井绞车及其能量回馈方法,该节能电动钻井绞车包括:发电一体式电动机、储能电源、逆变器、连接装置和绞车;储能电源的电源输出端通过逆变器与发电一体式电动机的电源输入端连接,发电一体式电动机的电源输入端还与井场电源连接,发电一体式电动机的动力输出轴通过连接装置与绞车连接。本发明采用发电一体式电动机驱动的节能电动钻井绞车,采用储能电源与井场电源分时驱动钻井绞车,结构简洁,保证了维修保养的方便性;性能上等同常规驱动的电动钻井绞车。实现了电力能源的重复利用,大幅降低的钻井施工的总能源成本。适宜在勘探钻井设备进行推广,包含地质钻机、石油钻机、水井钻机的绞车装置,经济效果显著。
