The invention relates to an intelligent crane control system and a control method. The control system is additionally provided with an intelligent control system on the basis of a general control system; the intelligent control system calculates, analyzes and plans sensed and acquired data information through a plurality of special intelligent planning software and analysis decision platforms suchas embedded cargo handling sequence optimization and handling operation path planning, completes an operation scheme and an operation execution instruction matched with an operation task and transmits the operation scheme and the operation execution instruction to the general control system; and the general control system receives the operation execution instruction and is responsible for executing and monitoring a crane operation instruction; and meanwhile, the intelligent control system predicts the problems of safety, efficiency and the like which may be encountered when a crane executes the operation scheme, and perfects, adapts and updates the operation scheme according to environmental changes. The intelligent crane control system provided by the invention enables the crane to trulyhave the intelligent capabilities of self-prediction, self-learning, self-evaluation, self-simulation, self-decision, self-adaptation, self-compensation and the like.

    本发明涉及一种智能起重机控制系统及控制方法,该控制系统在通用控制系统的基础上增加了智能控制系统;该智能控制系统通过内嵌的货物搬运顺序优化、搬运作业路径规划等多种专用智能规划软件和分析决策平台对感知并获取的数据信息进行计算、分析和规划,完成与作业任务匹配的作业方案和作业执行指令并传输至通用控制系统;通用控制系统接收作业执行指令并负责起重机作业指令的执行和监控;同时,智能控制系统预测起重机在执行作业方案时可能遇到的安全、效率等问题,并根据环境变化对作业方案进行完善、自适应和更新。本发明所提供的智能起重机控制系统,使起重机真正拥有了自预测、自学习、自评估、自模拟、自决策、自适应、自补偿等智慧能力。
