The invention relates to the technical field of precast beam hoisting, in particular to a T-shaped precast beam hoisting device which comprises a precast beam body, two sets of clamping mechanisms, alifting mechanism, a suspension mechanism, reinforcing mechanisms and a storage mechanism. The two sides of the precast beam body are clamped through the clamping mechanisms with the X-shaped sections, the two clamping mechanisms are connected through the lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism can be adjusted, and the lifting mechanism can be adjusted according to the inclined direction if it isfound that the precast beam is unbalanced during lifting, so that the precast beam is lifted more stably, hoisting is facilitated, and during hoisting, the hoisting device can be connected with the suspension mechanism on the lifting mechanism to realize hoisting. The reinforcing mechanisms are arranged on the opposite side faces of the two sets of clamping mechanisms, the two sets of clamping mechanisms can be clamped through the two reinforcing mechanisms after it is determined that the precast beam is balanced before hoisting, and inclination of the clamping mechanisms is avoided; and thestorage mechanism is arranged between the two clamping mechanisms, carrying is facilitated, and operation is easy.

    本发明涉及预制梁吊装技术领域,具体的说是一种T型预制梁吊装装置,包括预制梁本体、两组夹持机构、提升机构、悬挂机构、加固机构及收纳机构;预制梁本体的两侧通过截面呈“X”结构的夹持机构进行夹持,两个夹持机构之间通过提升机构进行连接,提升机构可以调节,在提升的时候若是发现预制梁不平衡时可以根据倾斜的方向调节提升机构,使预制梁提升的更加平稳,利于起吊,在起吊时可以将起吊装置与提升机构上的悬挂机构连接即可实现起吊;两组夹持机构的相背侧面设有加固机构,在起吊前确定预制梁平衡后可以通过两个加固机构对两组夹持机构进行夹持,避免了夹持机构发生倾斜;两个夹持机构之间设有收纳机构,利于携带,操作简单。
