A control mechanism capable of sucking, pulling and tilting a steel plate placed on the top face of a supporting table is arranged inside andoutside the lifting body, the control mechanism comprises a driven screw rod rotationally arranged on the bottom face of the lifting body, and a supporting plate is arranged on the periphery of the driven screw rod in a threaded connection mode. Through ascending and descending of the supporting plate and square columns, a suction cup is controlled to make contact with the steel plate, and then suction connection between the suction cup and the steel plate can be achieved through air suction; tilting of one side of the steel plate is controlled through ascending, and the steel plate can be more conveniently clamped subsequently without manual assistance; and meanwhile, linkage is achieved through ascending and descending of the supporting plate and left-right movement of a supporting block.
