The invention provides a ship production and construction VOCs system management and control method, system, medium and device, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting ship coating gas of each coating workshop, and inputting the ship coating gas into a VOCs system of each coating workshop for processing; obtaining the VOCs concentration data, non-methane total hydrocarbon analysisdata, temperature and pressure flow data, humidity data, oxygen data and hydrogen data of the VOCs system of each coating workshop in real time; judging whether the data meets respective preset thresholds or not; when the data of a certain workshop exceeds a threshold value, adjusting corresponding parameters causing the data exceptio, and displaying the VOCs concentration data, non-methane totalhydrocarbon analysis data, temperature and pressure flow data, humidity data, oxygen data, hydrogen data, VOCs treatment process adjusting parameters and equipment operation and maintenance parameters of all the coating workshops through a display device. The method is used for realizing digital centralized management and control of VOCs systems in scattered workshops of shipbuilding enterprises.

    本发明提供一种船舶生产建造VOCs系统管控方法、系统、介质及装置,所述方法包括以下步骤:采集各个涂装车间的船舶涂装气体,将所述船舶涂装气体输入各个涂装车间的VOCs系统进行处理;实时获取各个涂装车间的VOCs系统的VOCs浓度数据、非甲烷总烃分析数据、温压流数据、湿度数据、氧气数据、氢气数据;判断所述数据是否符合各自预设阈值;当某个车间的数据超过阈值时,对相应的导致该数据异常的参数进行调配,还包括通过展示装置展示各个涂装车间的VOCs浓度数据、非甲烷总烃分析数据、温压流数据、湿度数据、氧气数据、氢气数据、VOCs治理过程调配参数、设备运维参数。本发明用于实现船舶制造企业分散车间VOCs系统数字化集中管控管理。
