The invention discloses an off-hand detection steering wheel which comprises a steering wheel framework, a foaming body and a leather layer, an electronic control unit is arranged on the foaming body,a sensor pad is arranged between the foaming body and the leather layer or in the foaming body, and the signal output end of the sensor pad is connected with the electronic control unit through a wiring harness, and is used for detecting the contact state of a hand and a steering wheel rim and transmitting a detection signal to the electronic control unit; the sensor pad comprises a sensor layer,an isolation layer, a shielding layer and a bottom layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the sensor layer is formed by sewing metal wires on the isolation layer, and the density of the metal wires of the sensor layer corresponding to the inner side of the steering wheel rim is larger than that of the metal wires of the sensor layer corresponding to the outer side of the rim. The steering wheel can completely integrate an off-hand detection function; metal wire sensors with different densities are arranged at different grabbing positions to optimize sensor pad partition sothat multi-area function detection is realized, and the part cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种离手检测方向盘,包括方向盘骨架、发泡本体和皮革层,在发泡本体上设有电子控制单元,在发泡本体与皮革层之间或发泡本体内设有传感器垫,所述传感器垫的信号输出端通过线束与所述电子控制单元连接,用于检测人手与方向盘轮圈的接触状态,并将检测信号传递给电子控制单元;所述传感器垫包括由上至下依次布置的传感器层、隔离层、屏蔽层和底层,所述传感器层为金属丝缝合在隔离层上面,且对应该方向盘轮圈内侧的传感器层金属丝密度大于对应轮圈外侧的传感器层金属丝密度。该方向盘可完整集成离手检测功能;并通过不同抓握位置布置不同密度的金属丝传感器实现优化传感器垫分区,从而实现多区功能检测,减少零件成本。
