The invention provides a toothed rail type hydraulic moving train; a supporting shoe driving mechanism drives a supporting shoe to move upwards to the uppermost end, at the moment, the supporting shoedoes not make contact with the ground, two steel rails make contact with the ground, then a clutch device is meshed with a toothed bar I, and a piston rod of a traction oil cylinder extends outwards;since the clutch device is meshed with the toothed bar I, at the moment, the traction oil cylinder pushes the vehicle body to move forwards along the steel rail through the walking wheels; after thepiston rod of the traction oil cylinder completely stretches out, the clutch device is separated from the toothed bar I, and at the moment, the piston rod of the forward oil cylinder retracts inwardsand drives the clutch device to move forwards, and then the clutch device is meshed with the toothed bar I again; by continuouslyrepeating the process, the vehicle body can be made to move forwards along the steel rail; and compared with a traditional hydraulic moving train, the toothed rail type hydraulic moving train uses the clutch device, so that the length of the steel rail can be far largerthan the stroke of the traction oil cylinder, and the operating efficiency of the train is improved.
一种齿轨式液压移动列车,支撑靴驱动机构驱动支撑靴向上移动至最上端,此时支撑靴与地面不接触,两个钢轨与地面接触,之后离合装置与齿条Ⅰ相互咬合,牵引油缸的活塞杆向外伸出,由于离合装置与齿条Ⅰ相互咬合,此时牵引油缸推动车体通过行走轮沿钢轨向前运动,当牵引油缸的活塞杆全部伸出后,离合装置与齿条Ⅰ相互分离,此时前移油缸的活塞杆向内缩回,其驱动离合装置向前移动,之后离合装置再次与齿条Ⅰ相互咬合,通过不断重复上述过程,可以使车体不断沿钢轨向前步进,相对于传统的液压移动列车,本发明由于使用离合装置,因此钢轨的长度可以远远长于牵引油缸的行程,提高了列车的运行效率。
