The embodiment of the invention provides a blind area anti-collision control system and method and an excavator; the blind area anti-collision control system is applied to the excavator; and the system comprises a controller, a hydraulic pilot switch and a sensor assembly, wherein the hydraulic pilot switch and the sensor assembly are connected with the controller; the controller is used for starting an anti-collision detection mode when it is detected that the hydraulic pilot switch is switched on; the sensor assembly is used for collecting excavator blind area environment parameters in realtime and sending the excavator blind area environment parameters to the controller after the anti-collision detection mode is started; and the controller is used for judging whether the blind area environment parameters are within a preset blind area early warning range or not, and if so, controlling a connected vibration seat to vibrate so as to be used for blind area early warning. According tothe technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, a driver cannot be effectively reminded to pay attention to a blind area in time in a sound or light mode and the like can be solved, the accident rate is reduced, and the operation safety is improved.

    本申请实施例提供一种盲区防碰撞控制系统、方法和挖掘机,该盲区防碰撞控制系统应用于挖掘机,该系统包括:控制器、和分别与控制器连接的液压先导开关和传感器组件;控制器用于当检测到液压先导开关导通时,启动防碰撞检测模式;传感器组件用于当防碰撞检测模式启动后实时采集挖掘机盲区环境参数并发送至控制器;控制器用于判断该盲区环境参数是否在预设盲区预警范围内,若在,则控制连接的可震动座椅震动以用于盲区预警。本申请的技术方案可以解决现有技术中采用声或光等方式中无法及时有效地提醒驾驶员注意盲区的问题,降低了事故发生率,提高了作业安全性等。
