The invention relates to a start-stop control system for an engine of a manual-gear commercial vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle control. The start-stop control system for an engine of a manual-gear commercial vehicle comprises a driving motor, a 48V battery system, an engine start-stop controller and a CAN bus. The driving motor is connected with an engine of a manual gear commercial vehicle through a belt pulley; the 48V battery system is connected with the driving motor through a circuit; and the CAN bus is respectively connected with the engine start-stop controller, the driving motor, the 48V battery system and the engine of the manual-gear commercial vehicle for communication. The engine start-stop controller is connected with a key switch, an accelerator pedal,a brake pedal and a clutch switch of the manual-gear commercial vehicle to recognize whether the vehicle is stopped or not, controls the engine to start and stop in due time when the stop time is long, and controls the driving motor driven by a belt wheel to recover energy when the stop time is short; the time for starting and stopping the engine can be adjusted as required.

    本发明涉及一种手动档商用车发动机启停控制系统,属于车辆控制技术领域。手动档商用车发动机启停控制系统,包括驱动电机、48V电池系统、发动机启停控制器和CAN总线,驱动电机通过皮带轮与手动档商用车发动机连接,48V电池系统与驱动电机通过电路连接,CAN总线分别与发动机启停控制器、驱动电机、48V电池系统和手动档商用车发动机连接用于通信。本发明中的发动机启停控制器通过与手动档商用车的钥匙开关、油门踏板、制动踏板和离合器开关连接来识别车辆是否停止,在停止时间较长时,控制发动机进行适时启停,在停止时间较短时控制皮带轮带动的驱动电机进行能量回收,进行发动机启停的时间可以根据需要进行调整。
