The invention discloses a brake pipeline connecting and fixing structure which comprises a brake hard pipe connector, a brake hose connector, a damping assembly and a mounting support. The damping assembly and the mounting support are arranged between the brake hard pipe connector and the brake hose connector. The lower end of the brake hard pipe connector penetrates through the damping assembly,and is in threaded connected with the upper end of the brake hose connector penetrating through the mounting support, and the interior of the brake hard pipe connector communicates with the interior of the brake hose connector. An upper limiting piece is arranged on the upper portion of the brake hard pipe connector, and a lower limiting piece is arranged on the lower portion of the brake hose connector. The upper portion of the damping assembly makes contact with the upper limiting piece, and the lower portion of the damping assembly abuts against the mounting support. The lower surface of the mounting support is in contact with the lower limiting piece. The damping assembly comprises a U-shaped clamp and a shock isolation ring. The brake pipeline connecting and fixing structure has the beneficial effects that external vibration is subjected to primary damping through elastic deformation of the U-shaped clamp, and then secondary damping from the brake hose connector to the brake hardpipe connector in the axial direction is achieved through the effect of the shock isolation ring.

    本发明公开了一种制动管路连接固定结构,包括制动硬管接头、制动软管接头,以及设于制动硬管接头和制动软管接头之间的减震组件和安装支架,所述制动硬管接头的下端部穿过减震组件,与穿过安装支架的制动软管接头其上端螺纹连接,且二者内部连通;所述制动硬管接头上部配置有上限位件,所述制动软管接头的下部配置有下限位件;所述减震组件的上部与上限位件接触,减震组件的下部与安装支架抵接;所述安装支架的下表面与下限位件接触;所述减震组件包括U型夹和隔震环。本发明的有益效果为:本发明外部的震动通过U型夹的弹性形变执行一级减震,而后再通过隔震环的作用实现制动软管接头向制动硬管接头轴向的二级减震。
