The invention relates to an offshore charging pile system based on offshore wind power. The system is characterized by comprising an offshore wind generating set, a stable voltage transformation module and a charging pile module; the offshore wind generating set is connected with the charging pile module and an external power user side or a power grid through the stable voltage transformation module and an external power output cable, and is used for converting wind energy of an installation sea area into electric energy and sending the electric energy to the voltage stabilization and transformation module, the user side or the power grid; the stable voltage transformation module is used for converting electric energy generated by the offshore wind generating set into stable input voltageaccording to the voltage class standard required by the charging pile module and then sending the stable input voltage to the charging pile module; and the charging pile module is used for supplying electric energy to user equipment with charging requirements on the sea. The system can be widely applied to the technical field of new energy.
