The invention relates to a suspension swing arm assembly and an automobile thereof. The suspension swing arm assembly comprises a front arm, a rear arm, a swing arm shaft, a ball pin assembly, a frontthreaded cylinder, a rear threaded cylinder and a rubber layer. The rubber layer is vulcanized on the outer circular walls of the front threaded cylinder and the rear threaded cylinder, the rubber layer and the front threaded cylinder are pressed in the front arm together, and the rubber layer and the rear threaded cylinder are pressed in the rear arm together; one end of the swing arm shaft is connected with the front threaded cylinder, and the other end of the swing arm shaft is connected with the rear threaded cylinder; the front arm, the ball pin assembly and the rear arm are fixed together through bolts and nuts. According to the suspension swing arm assembly, the outer trapezoidal threads of the swing arm shaft are connected with the inner trapezoidal threads of the front threaded cylinder and the inner trapezoidal threads of the rear threaded cylinder, when the swing arm rotates around the center line of the swing arm shaft, rotation and transmission are achieved through connection of the trapezoidal threads, the swing arm is driven to move front and back, and therefore the smoothness of suspension movement and the control stability of the whole vehicle are improved.
