The invention discloses an embedded bolt type foundation section of a tower crane. The embedded bolt type foundation section comprises two bases, a connecting mechanism and a protection mechanism. Ribplates are arranged at the top ends of the two bases, main chord members are installed on the inner walls of the rib plates, web members are fixedly connected to one side of one main chord member andone side of the other main chord member, and a step is mounted on one side of one main chord member. By arranging the connecting mechanism, when the tower crane structure is connected, standard joints are moved to a proper position through the crane, connecting rods are inserted into grooves matched with second connecting pieces, convex blocks are extruded under the action of abutting plates, andsprings are compressed under the action of stress; and when the standard joints are adjusted to the proper position, the convex blocks are clamped into grooves matched with one sides of spring grooves so as to limit and fix the grooves, meanwhile, fixed rods are inserted into limiting openings so as to assist in positioning, and rapid butt joint is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种塔机预埋螺栓式基础节,包括两个底座、连接机构和防护机构,两个所述底座的顶端设置有筋板,所述筋板的内壁安装有主弦杆,一个所述主弦杆的一侧与另一个所述主弦杆的一侧固定连接有腹杆,一个所述主弦杆的一侧安装有踏步。本发明通过设置连接机构,对塔机结构进行连接时,通过吊机将标准节移动到合适位置,连接杆插进二号连接件相匹配的凹槽内,在抵板的作用下对凸块进行挤压,弹簧在受力的作用下进行压缩,当调整到合适位置时,凸块卡进弹簧槽一侧相匹配的凹槽内,从而对其进行限位固定,同时固定杆插进限位口内,从而进行辅助定位,便于快速对接。
