The invention belongs to the field of new energy vehicles, and particularly relates to a new energy vehicle plug interface clamping mechanism which comprises a plug protection shell and a movable charging pile head which are installed on the surface of a vehicle, a first installation frame is arranged in the plug protection shell, a plurality of charging probes are arranged in the first installation frame, and the bottoms of the charging probes are connected with probe connecting wires, the probe connecting wire is connected with a vehicle charging wire; a second mounting frame is arranged inthe movable charging pile head, and a plurality of charging connectors are arranged in the second mounting frame; the charging probes are in one-to-one correspondence with the charging connectors andcan be inserted into the corresponding charging connectors; the second mounting frame is further provided with a fixing device and a clamping device, and the second mounting frame is connected with the first mounting frame through the fixing device; and the fixing device drives the clamping device to clamp the charging probe in the charging connector. Direct contact between the charging plug and the charging pile head can be effectively avoided, friction between the charging plug and the charging pile head is reduced, automobile charging safety is guaranteed, equipment short circuit is prevented, and equipment stability is guaranteed.

    本发明属于新能源汽车领域,具体涉及一种新能源汽车插电接口夹紧机构,包括安装于汽车表面的插头保护壳与活动充电桩头,插头保护壳内设有第一安装架,第一安装架内设有若干充电探针,充电探针的底部连接探针连接线,探针连接线与汽车充电线连接;活动充电桩头内设有第二安装架,第二安装架内设有若干充电接头;充电探针与充电接头一一对应并能插入与其对应的充电接头内;第二安装架还设有固定装置与夹紧装置,第二安装架通过固定装置与第一安装架连接;固定装置带动夹紧装置加紧充电接头内的充电探针。本发明可有效避免充电插头与充电桩头直接接触,减少两者的摩擦,保证汽车充电时的安全,防止设备的短路,确保设备的稳定性。
