The invention discloses a laser forklift traffic control system which comprises at least one laser forklift and a traffic control device in communication connection with the laser forklift. The reflector is arranged on the periphery of the walking path, a plurality of main stations are arranged on the walking path, sub-stations used for taking and placing goods are arranged near the main stations,and the laser forklift moves back and forth along the walking path; the traffic control device controls starting and stopping of the laser forklift based on the locking list, the laser forklift ID far away from the first conflict road section or the first conflict station is added into the locking list of the conflicted laser forklift, meanwhile, the conflicted laser forklift is controlled to stop, and after conflicts are removed, and the conflict laser forklift ID is deleted from the locking list of the conflicted laser forklift, and the conflicted laser forklift is started. After the task attributes of the laser forklifts are compared pairwise, starting and stopping of the laser forklifts are controlled according to the locking list, the method can effectively solve the traffic controlproblem of coexistence of the multiple laser forklifts, and the method is suitable for the laser forklifts with two-way paths.
本发明公开了一种激光叉车交通管制系统,包括:至少一辆激光叉车,与激光叉车通讯连接的交通管制装置;布置在行走路径的周边的反光板,行走路径上布置若干主站点,主站点的附近布置有用于取放货物的子站点,激光叉车沿行走路径往返运动;交通管制装置基于加锁列表来控制激光叉车的启停,将距首个冲突路段或首个冲突站点较远的激光叉车ID加入被冲突激光叉车的加锁列表中,同时控制冲突激光叉车停车,在冲突解除后,将冲突激光叉车ID从被冲突激光叉车的加锁列表中删除,启动冲突激光叉车。通过两两对比激光叉车的任务属性后,根据加锁列表控制激光叉车的启停,该方法能够有效的解决多激光叉车共存的交通管制问题,该方法适应于双向路径的激光叉车。
