The invention discloses a boom variable-amplitude hydraulic system. The system comprises an oil pump, a variable-amplitude electromagnetic reversing valve, a two-way balance valve and an oil cylinder,an oil inlet and an oil return port of the variable-amplitude electromagnetic reversing valve are connected with the oil pump and an oil tank respectively, and two working oil ports of the variable-amplitude electromagnetic reversing valve are connected with two inlets of the two-way balance valve respectively. Two outlets of the two-way balance valve are connected with a rod cavity and a rodlesscavity of the oil cylinder respectively, a hydraulic control oil way of the two-way balance valve is connected with the oil tank through a control valve, the control valve is closed to enable the hydraulic control oil way of the two-way balance valve to maintain pressure when the boom changes amplitude, and the control valve is opened to enable the hydraulic control oil way of the two-way balancevalve to be communicated with the oil tank for pressure relief when the boom stops amplitude change. When the boom stops amplitude change, if the variable-amplitude electromagnetic reversing valve isblocked, the control oil way of the two-way balance valve cannot build enough pressure for opening the two-way balance valve due to the fact that the control valve is powered off, the boom can be kept still, and therefore system safety is guaranteed. The invention further discloses a telescopic boom engineering machine comprising the system.

    本发明公开一种臂架变幅液压系统,包括油泵、变幅电磁换向阀、双向平衡阀和油缸,变幅电磁换向阀的进油口和回油口分别连接油泵和油箱,变幅电磁换向阀的两个工作油口分别连接双向平衡阀的两个进口,双向平衡阀的两个出口分别连接油缸的有杆腔和无杆腔,双向平衡阀的液控油路通过控制阀连接油箱,臂架变幅时控制阀关闭使双向平衡阀的液控油路保压,臂架停止变幅时控制阀打开使双向平衡阀的液控油路连通油箱泄压。当臂架停止变幅时,若变幅电磁换向阀卡滞,由于控制阀失电导致双向平衡阀控制油路无法建立足够压力以打开双向平衡阀,臂架会保持不动进而保证系统安全。本发明还公开一种包括上述系统的伸缩臂架工程机械。
