The invention discloses an energy-saving and environment-friendly elevator lifting mechanism, relates to the technical field of elevators and aims to solve the problem that the gravitational potentialenergy of a balancing weight is wasted as a freight elevator is frequently used in a construction stage. The energy-saving and environment-friendly elevator lifting mechanism specifically comprises two parallelly arranged limiting tracks, wherein the balancing weight is arranged between the two limiting tracks, a mounting groove is formed in the middle of the balancing weight, connecting racks are fixedly mounted at two ends of the mounting groove, and a tightening latch is slidably connected between the two connecting racks internally and a rope hanging part is fixedly mounted at the top endof the tightening latch. When a faulted storage rack is too high in descending speed, the displacement distance between the balancing weight and the tightening latch is increased as a result of inertia effect, and further, mounting racks on two sides are extruded by means of action of a pull rod, so that a friction piece is in contact with the surfaces of the limiting tracks and resistance is increased to further expand a push-pull effect of the pull rod to achieve a self-locking friction effect, and therefore, the descending speed of the elevator storage rack is further reduced, and the using safety of the storage rack elevator is improved.

    本发明中公开了一种节能环保用电梯升降机构,涉及电梯技术领域;为了解决货梯在建设阶段使用频繁,配重块的重力势能被白白浪费问题;具体包括两个平行设置的限位轨道,两个所述限位轨道之间设置有配重件,且配重件的中部设置有安装槽,所述安装槽的两端均固定安装有连接架,两个所述连接架的内部之间滑动连接有栓杆,且栓杆的顶端固定安装有挂绳部。本发明中出现故障货架下降速度过快时,配重件由于惯性作用与栓杆之间的位移间距增加,进而通过拉杆的作用挤压两侧的安装架使得摩擦片与限位轨道表面接触,阻力增加进一步扩大拉杆的推挤效果,达到自锁摩擦的效果,进而降低电梯货架的下降速度,提高货架电梯的使用安全性。
