The invention relates to a positive-pressure air conditioner air leakage prevention box body structure which comprises a box body frame, a box door and hexagon socket screws, the box body frame is fixedly connected with the box door through the hexagon socket screws, and a specially-shaped rubber strip is arranged at the joint of the box body frame and the box door. An air leakage prevention clamping piece is installed on the upper portion of each hexagon socket screw. According to the invention, when the unit box body is distorted and deformed due to the change of external stress in the hoisting or installation and transportation process of the air conditioning unit, the large compression space of the specially-shaped adhesive tape is tightly attached to the box body frame and the box door, so that the leakage rate of the positive-pressure air conditioner using the structure is less than 1%. According to the positive-pressure air conditioner, energy loss can be effectively reduced, and no larger requirement is needed for the installation space; the air leakage problem in the actual use process of the positive pressure air conditioner is solved through the minimum installation space, and then the problems of panel condensation and panel frame corrosion after long-time use are solved.

    本发明涉及一种正压空调防漏风箱体结构,包括箱体框架、箱门、内六角螺栓,所述箱体框架上通过内六角螺栓固定连接箱门,且箱体框架与箱门连接处设置异型橡胶胶条;所述内六角螺栓上部安装防漏风卡件。本发明可使空调机组在吊装或安装运输过程中受外界应力变化使机组箱体产生扭曲变形时,通过异形胶条的较大压缩空间紧贴箱体框架与箱门,以保证使用该结构后的正压空调泄漏率小于1%。本发明能有效的减少能量损失,同时对于安装空间没有更大要求,利用最小的安装空间改善正压空调实际使用中的漏风问题,进而解决面板凝露和长时间使用后的面板框架腐蚀问题。
