The invention discloses a mistaken-touch-preventing device for a vehicle rotary throttle handle. The device comprises a handle, a piezoresistive sensor covering the periphery of the handle and a rubber sleeve connected to the outer portion of the handle in a sleeving mode, wherein the piezoresistive sensor is used for analyzing the force and the stressed area of the handle, and the piezoresistivesensor is connected with a power source of an electric vehicle; a control system in signal connection with the piezoresistive sensor and used for analyzing and judging signals transmitted by the piezoresistive sensor; an electric vehicle controller which comprises the control system, and is used for judging whether a throttle of the electric vehicle is turned off or not; a handle throttle sensor used for sending out a throttle signal; and a safety signal processing unit used for outputting a signal of the throttle of the electric vehicle. According to the invention, a common electric vehicle handle is connected with an intelligent system, so that accidents caused by mistakenly touching the throttle handle of the electric vehicle by children can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种车辆旋转油门把手防误触控住装置,包括:手柄、覆盖于所述手柄外周的压阻传感器以及套接于所述手柄外部的橡胶套,所述压阻传感器用于分析手柄处的力大小以及受力的面积大小,压阻传感器与电动车的电源相连接;与所述压阻传感器信号连接的控制系统,所述控制系统用于分析判断所述压阻传感器传输的信号;电动车控制器,所述电动车控制器包括所述控制系统,且所述电动车控制器用于判断是否断开电动车油门;手柄油门传感器,所述手柄油门传感器用于发出油门信号;安全信号处理单元,所述安全信号处理单元用于输出电动车油门的信号。根据本发明,将普通的电动车握把与智能系统相连接,可避免小孩误触电动车油门把手导致事故。
