The invention discloses a method for deriving an arrangeable area of a rotating shaft from a parting line and a maximum opening degree of a vehicle door. The method comprises the following steps thata rotating shaft arrangeable critical line is calculated according to a vehicle door modeling surface, a parting line, the maximum opening degree, the width of a door slot and the minimum distance between a vehicle door and a part at the front end of the parting line required in the door closing process, and an area located on one side of the rotating shaft arrangeable critical line in the outer direction of a cab is a rotating shaft arrangeable area; and a rotating shaft arrangeable critical line and a rotating shaft arrangeable area on any one of a plurality of horizontal planes are calculated by using the same method, wherein the intersection of the rotating shaft arrangeable areas on any one of the plurality of horizontal planes is the final integral rotating shaft arrangeable area. The problem that the repeated workload of repeated adjustment in rotating shaft arrangement is too large is solved.

    本发明公开了一种根据车门分缝线和最大开度推算旋转轴可布置区域的方法。它包括以下步骤:根据造型输入的车门造型面、分缝线和最大开度、门缝宽度和关门过程中要求车门距离分缝线前端零件的最小距离,推算出旋转轴可布置临界线,位于旋转轴可布置临界线的驾驶室外方向一侧区域为旋转轴可布置区域,用相同的方法推算出多个任一水平面上的旋转轴可布置临界线及旋转轴可布置区域;多个任一水平面上的各个旋转轴可布置区域的交集,为最终整体的旋转轴可布置区域。本发明解决旋转轴布置中反复调整的重复工作量太大的问题。
