The invention discloses a program-controlled industrial transfer robot and a control method. The program-controlled industrial transfer robot comprises a supporting base, two sets of rotating wheel assemblies are symmetrically arranged at the bottom end of the supporting base, a control panel is arranged on one side of the supporting base, a set of supporting blocks are symmetrically arranged at the top end of the supporting base, and a mounting block is arranged above the supporting base and located between the two supporting blocks; the mounting block is connected with the supporting block through a rotating shaft, a moving cavity is formed in the side, away from the mounting block, of the supporting block and located at the top end of the supporting base, the moving cavity is provided with a pushing assembly matched with the rotating shaft, and the pushing assembly is connected with the inner wall of the moving cavity through a movable disc. A set of fixed housings is symmetricallyarranged at two sides of the mounting block. A movable cavity matched with the mounting block is formed in one side of the mounting block and located at the top end of the supporting base, and a set of first stand columns are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the movable cavity. The program-controlled industrial transfer robot has the beneficial effects that by arranging the glass carrying device, manpower is replaced to carry glass, and the situation that the glass is broken in the carrying process is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种程控工业搬运机器人以及控制方法,包括支撑座,支撑座的底端对称设置有两组转轮组件,支撑座的一侧设置有操控面板,支撑座的顶端对称设置有一组支撑块,支撑座的上方且位于两个支撑块之间设置有安装块,安装块通过转动轴与支撑块连接,支撑块远离安装块的一侧且位于支撑座的顶端开设有移动腔,移动腔设置有与转动轴相配合的推动组件,推动组件通过活动盘与移动腔内壁连接,安装块的两侧对称设置有一组固定壳,安装块的一侧且位于支撑座的顶端开设有与其相配合的活动腔,活动腔的两侧对称设置有一组立柱一。有益效果:通过设置本发明,进而代替人力对玻璃进行搬运,避免发生玻璃在搬运过程中发生摔碎的情况。
