The invention discloses a water-cooled brake device, and the device comprises a brake disc and calipers; the brake disc and a wheel are connected in a fastened mode and rotate synchronously, a receding hole is formed in the center of the brake disc, and a universal joint is further arranged between a rotating shaft and the inner wall of the receding hole of the brake disc; a circulating cooling channel is formed in the brake disc, a liquid inlet annular groove and a liquid return annular groove which are independent of each other are formed in the side face of the universal joint at intervals,and a liquid inlet hole and a liquid return hole which communicate with the circulating cooling channel are formed in the side wall of the brake disc receding hole; a liquid injection hole and a liquid outlet hole which are independent of each other are formed in the end face, away from the wheels, of the universal joint. The technical scheme has the beneficial effects that the circularly flowingcooling medium can take away heat generated on the brake disc, so that the temperature of the brake disc is reduced. And the brake disc is rotationally connected with the universal joint, so that theconveying of the cooling medium is not influenced by the rotation of the brake disc.

    本发明公开了一种水冷式刹车装置,包括刹车盘和卡钳,所述刹车盘与车轮紧固连接且同步转动,所述刹车盘的中心设置有让位孔,所述转轴与所述刹车盘的让位孔内壁之间还设置有万向接头;所述刹车盘内设置有循环冷却通道,所述万向接头的侧面间隔设置有相互独立的进液环形槽和回液环形槽,所述刹车盘让位孔的侧壁上设置有与所述循环冷却通道连通的进液孔和回液孔,所述万向接头远离所述车轮的端面上设置有相互独立的注液孔和出液孔。上述技术方案的有益效果为:循环流动的的冷却介质能够将刹车盘上产生的热量带走,进而降低刹车盘的温度。刹车盘与万向接头转动连接使得冷却介质的输送不会受到刹车盘转动的影响。
