The invention discloses an atmosphere lamp which comprises a back plate located at the bottom and a control circuit layer arranged on the back plate and provided with a light-emitting component; a light-emitting base layer, and a light inlet end light guide connector, an optical fiber and a tail end light guide medium which are supported by the light-emitting base layer are arranged on the controlcircuit layer; and the light-emitting component is located in the light inlet end light guide connector. The light inlet end light guide connector is used for converging light emitted by the light-emitting component and transmitting the light to the light outlet part located on the surface of the atmosphere lamp through the optical fiber and the tail end light guide medium; the light outlet partis formed in a surface decoration layer; and the spaces between the surface decoration layer and the light inlet end light guide connector, the optical fiber as well as the tail end light guide mediumare filled with the middle medium layer. The atmosphere lamp can simplify the layout structure of the optical fiber, simplify the production process, effectively improve the production efficiency andreduce the production cost. The invention further discloses a vehicle comprising the atmosphere lamp, the production efficiency can be improved, and the production cost can be reduced.
