The invention discloses an SARSA learning-based trunk traffic control optimization method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) for a period of continuous time, acquiring traffic light state information of a target trunk intersection and queuing vehicle information of a lane corresponding to each traffic light; 2) integrating the initial trunk line-lamp state data to obtain a trunk line-lamp state data set; 3) optimizing a Q value table until convergence according to the trunk line-lamp state data set collected in the step 1); and 4) after the Q value table converges to satisfactory precision, obtaining a trunk line traffic optimization scheme based on SARSA learning. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that hidden information contained in the vehicles in thetrunk line is mined through an artificial intelligence method, and the obtained trunk line timing scheme has higher traffic efficiency than a traditional green wave band control algorithm under the condition of a traffic flow road network with high randomness.

    一种基于SARSA学习的干线交通控制优化方法包括如下步骤:1)对与一段连续的时刻,获取目标干线路口的红绿灯状态信息以及各个红绿灯所对应车道的排队车辆信息;2)整合初始干线‑灯态数据,获得干线‑灯态数据集;3)根据第一步收集的干线‑灯态数据集,优化Q值表直到收敛;4)Q值表收敛到满意的精度后,即可获得基于SARSA学习的干线交通优化方案。与现有技术相比,本发明通过人工智能方法,挖掘干线中车辆包含的隐藏信息,获得的干线配时方案比传统的绿波带控制算法在随机性较强的车流量的路网条件下具有更高的通行效率。
