The invention discloses a broken propeller testing device for an unmanned aerial vehicle and a using method thereof, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles. The invention aimsto solve the problem that existing equipment cannot simulate various actual flight conditions. The device comprises a bottom plate, a cavity assembly is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the topof the bottom plate, a feeler lever assembly and a placement assembly are fixedly connected into the cavity assembly, a diverging pipe is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the top of the cavity assembly, and a power assembly is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the top of the diverging pipe. The using method of the device comprises the following steps of direction adjustment, sundry adding, wind receiving testing, hard object collision testing and sundry recycling. The cavity assembly is arranged, the cylinder barrel provides enough space for the whole test; meanwhile, it is guaranteed that wind power and impurities generated in the test period cannot overflow; then, the azimuth motor is started, and the wind receiving azimuth of the propeller is adjusted, so the test result cansimulate various air conditions; a fracture test is conducted in a closed environment again, thereby avoiding external factor interference.

    本发明公开了一种无人机用断桨测试装置及其使用方法,涉及无人机技术领域;为了解决现有设备无法模拟多种实飞情况的问题;该种装置包括底板,底板顶部外壁固定连接有腔室组件,腔室组件内部固定连接有探杆组件和安置组件,腔室组件顶部外壁固定连接有发散管,发散管顶部外壁固定连接有动力组件;该装置的使用方法包括如下步骤:方位调整、添加杂物、受风测试、硬物冲撞测试、杂物回收。本发明通过设置腔室组件,其中缸筒为整个测试提供足够空间,同时保证测试期间产生的风力与杂质不会外溢,其次,方位电机启动,进而调节螺旋桨的受风方位,使得测试结果可以模拟多种空中情况,再次,封闭环境进行断裂测试,能够避免外界因素干扰。
