The embodiment of the invention provides a hoisting mechanism and a drill rod inserting and pulling crane and relates to the field of autoclaved aerated concrete plate production, the hoisting mechanism comprises a table body, a lifting appliance, a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and a synchronizing piece, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are both arranged between the table body and the lifting appliance. The two ends of the first connecting piece are rotationally connected to the table body and the lifting appliance correspondingly, the two ends of the second connecting piece are rotationally connected to the table body and the lifting appliance correspondingly, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are used for resisting horizontal swing of the lifting appliance and an object placed on the lifting appliance in the process that the lifting appliance gets close to or gets away from the table body. The synchronizing piece is in synchronous transmission connection with the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, so that the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are in synchronous transmission. The drill rod inserting and pulling crane comprises the hoisting mechanism. According to the hoisting mechanism and the drill rod inserting and pulling crane, the situation that the object is unstable can be reduced, and the stability of the object on the lifting appliance is guaranteed.
