The invention discloses a corridor elevator device, comprising a conveying rail arranged along the bottom of a flight of stairs and the bottom of a rest platform, the fight of stairs being connected with the rest platform; a riding mechanism, used for carrying people or objects; a driving mechanism, connected with the riding mechanism; and a control mechanism, used for controlling the driving mechanism, the riding mechanism being driven by the driving mechanism to operate along the conveying rail. According to the corridor elevator device, the conveying rail is arranged at the bottom of the flight of stairs and the bottom of the rest platform, the corridor space is prevented from being occupied, original handrails and walls are prevented from being damaged, pedestrians can normally go upstairs and downstairs without being influenced, the people or objects can be carried upstairs and downstairs, and traveling is facilitated.
