The invention provides a low-speed vehicle lithium battery power supply system protection device which structurally comprises an outer plate, a pull ring, a box body, a charging base and an electrodetip, and the box body comprises a built-in grid, sequence grooves, a protection plate, a movable door and a connector block. According to the invention, a pusher in the built-in grid is used to generate a lateral pushing force to batteries in the sequence grooves, and the batteries are fastened to a blocking plate. The batteries are prevented from vibrating together when a vehicle body shakes, thedamage to the batteries caused by impact is reduced, the expansion probability of the batteries is reduced, the angle of the batteries is not changed after the batteries are popped up through parallel springs when the batteries are taken out of the movable door, and meanwhile three battery grooves are formed to increase the distance between the batteries through partition plates to prevent mutualextrusion of the batteries. The arc-shaped surfaces of curved expansion grooves are utilized to enable the battery grooves to have buffer areas, so that the expanded batteries cannot push and press the inner wall, interface loosening caused by external upheaval due to structural deformation is avoided, and the friction between the bottoms of the batteries and groove plates can be prevented by using rollers on a moving device when the batteries are replaced.

    本发明提供一种低速车锂电电源系统保护设备,其结构包括外板、拉环、箱体、充电座、电极头,箱体包括内置格、序列槽、防护板、活动门、接头块,本发明通过内置格中的推压器对序列槽内的电池产生一个横向推动力,将电池与阻拦板紧固贴合,使其在车身摇晃时不会一起震动,减少撞击对电池的损坏,降低电池的膨胀几率,并在电池从活动门取出时利用平行弹簧使电池在弹出后角度不会改变,同时设置三个电池槽通过隔板使电池之间的距离拉开,防止电池互相挤压,并利用曲膨槽的弧形面让电池槽具有一个缓冲区,使膨胀后的电池不会对内壁推压,避免结构变形使外部隆起导致接口松动,且在更换电池时能够用移动装置上的滚轮防止电池底部与槽板摩擦。
