The embodiment of the invention provides a ballast valve structure used for an aerostat. The ballast valve structure comprises a ballast valve core. The ballast valve core comprises a valve core frame. The valve core frame comprises two metal plates which are oppositely arranged, two magnetic elements which are oppositely arranged, a sand discharging pipe and a coil. The sand discharging pipe is arranged in the valve core frame in a penetrating mode. The coil is arranged in the valve core frame. The valve core frame and the sand discharging pipe form a magnetic circuit. According to the ballast valve structure used for the aerostat, an electromagnetic principle is adopted for a whole valve, the valve is a normally-closed valve, and therefore the ballast valve structure can be light, smalland exquisite, and energy can be saved. When the valve is closed, iron sand is attracted at the outlet position through attraction force of the magnetic elements, and an outlet of the valve is in an open state; and compared with a mechanical valve or other types of valves, materials are not likely to be blocked, and reliability is high. Meanwhile, the iron sand is adopted as materials, the iron density is high, and a hopper can have a lighter structure. Iron sand particles are small, and iron sand throwing is safe.
本发明实施例提供一种用于浮空器的压舱阀门结构,包括:压舱阀门阀芯,压舱阀门阀芯包括:阀芯框架,阀芯框架包括相对设置的两个金属板,以及相对设置的两个磁性元件;排砂管,排砂管贯穿设置在阀芯框架中;线圈,线圈设置在阀芯框架内;其中,阀芯框架和排砂管构造成磁路。本发明实施例提供的用于浮空器的压舱阀门结构,阀门整体采用电磁原理,为常闭阀门,可以使压舱阀门结构轻便小巧,节约能源。阀门闭合时,在出口处采用磁性元件吸力吸附铁砂,其出口为敞开状态,相对于机械阀门或者其他类型阀门,不容易阻滞物料,可靠性较高。同时,物料采用铁砂,铁密度较高,可以使料斗有更加轻巧的结构。铁砂颗粒较小,抛掷铁砂时比较安全。
