According to the motor hoisting tool disclosed by the invention, the stable connecting mechanisms are connected to the two sides of the upper end of the hoisting ring, and the hook buckle limiting mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of each hoisting hook below the hoisting rod; in the hoisting process of motors, the hook buckle limiting mechanisms effectively perform limiting tension on the hoisting hooks, therefore, the problem that motors between the adjacent lifting hooks are impacted and damaged due to violent shaking in the lifting process is avoided; and the stable connecting mechanisms play a role in stabilizing the lifting rod, so that the stability of the lifting rod is improved. By means of the motor hoisting tool, the motors cannot be damaged in the lifting process, at least two motors can be lifted at a time; therefore, the lifting efficiency is high, and the problem in the prior art that the motor hoisting operation efficiency is low is solved.
本发明涉及吊装技术领域,尤其是一种电机吊装工装,包括吊杆,吊杆上端中部设有吊环,吊杆下端连接有若干个吊钩,吊环两侧设有稳固连接机构,每个吊钩两侧均设有钩扣限位机构。本发明的一种电机吊装工装,在吊环上端两侧连接稳固连接机构,在吊杆下端的每个吊钩两侧均设有钩扣限位机构,在对电机的吊装过程中,钩扣限位机构有效的对吊钩进行限位拉力,避免了在吊装的过程中晃动剧烈使其相邻吊钩之间电机撞击受损的问题,稳固连接机构起到稳定吊杆的作用,增加了吊杆的稳定性,该吊装工装吊装过程中不会造成电机的损坏,并且一次可以吊装至少两个电机,吊装效率高,解决了目前的电机吊装作业效率低的问题。
