本发明涉及无人直升机测试系统,特别涉及一种无人直升机桨发匹配测试系统。包括无人直升机旋翼系统、无人直升机发动机、无人直升机齿轮箱、交流电力测功机及在线监测模块;无人直升机齿轮箱的输入轴通过发动机扭矩转速传感器和发动机电磁离合器与无人直升机发动机连接;无人直升机齿轮箱的一输出轴通过测功机扭矩转速传感器和测功机电磁离合器与交流电力测功机连接;另一输出轴通过旋翼系统扭矩转速传感器和旋翼系统电磁离合器与无人直升机旋翼系统连接;在线监测模块接收扭矩转速传感器的检测信号及控制电磁离合器的啮合和分离。本发明可进行无人直升机旋翼需用功率测试、发动机输出轴功率测试、齿轮箱功率传递系数及无人直升机桨发匹配特性。

The system comprises an unmanned helicopter rotor system, anunmanned helicopter engine, an unmanned helicopter gear box, an alternating-current electric dynamometer and an online monitoring module, an input shaft of the unmanned helicopter gear box is connected with an unmanned helicopter engine through an engine torque rotating speed sensor and an engine electromagnetic clutch; one output shaft of the unmanned helicopter gear box is connected with the alternating-current electric dynamometer through a dynamometer torque rotating speed sensor and a dynamometer electromagnetic clutch; the other output shaft is connected with the rotor system of the unmanned helicopter through a rotor system torque rotating speed sensor and a rotor system electromagnetic clutch; the on-line monitoring module receives a detection signal of the torque rotating speed sensor and controls engagement and disengagement of the electromagnetic clutch. According to the system, unmanned helicopter rotor wing required power test, engine output shaft power test, gear box power transfer coefficient and unmanned helicopter propeller engine matching characteristics can be carried out.
