The invention provides an electric power type rowing device which comprises a rowing device body, the rowing device body comprises a ship body and an intelligent system, the intelligent system comprises a balance sensor, a control box, an intelligent processor, a control switch, a power supply device, a direct current motor and a motor, and a seat is installed on the ship body, a transmission boxis installed on one side of the seat, a power device is installed on the transmission box, a supporting rod is fixed to the transmission box, a fixing rod is installed at the top of the supporting rod, a connecting rod is installed on the fixing rod, the connecting rod is installed on the fixing rod through a fixing shaft, and a movable rod is installed at one end of the connecting rod. When the electric power type rowing device is used, the balance degree is detected through the balance sensor at the bottom of a balance paddle; the direct current motor is controlled to work through the intelligent processor and the control switch after inclination occurs, and the direct current motor drives fan blades to generate thrust, so that the ship body is kept balanced.
