At the moment, the electrorheological body is solidified into a solid, so that the reset spring is prevented from rebounding, the charging state of the equipment is further kept, the electrified contact does not make contact with the line contact when charging is not needed, and therefore the effect of automatically cutting off a power supply to prevent electric shock caused by electric leakage when charging is not needed is achieved.
