The invention discloses a device for pressing rubber joints of a traction motor. The device comprises a workbench, a cantilever upright post and a crane cross beam, wherein the crane cross beam is slidably connected with a rubber joint pressing tool along a length direction of the crane cross beam; the rubber joint pressing tool is used for adjusting a horizontal position and height through the crane cross beam; the traction motor is fixed on the workbench; a traction motor hanging wall of the traction motor extends towards the rubber joint pressing tool; and the pressing end of the rubber joint pressing tool is coaxial with hanging holes of the traction motor hanging wall. The device is capable of pressing the rubber joints into the hanging holes of the hanging wall of the traction motor;the hanging wall of the traction motor is not stressed in the pressing process; meanwhile, the device is of a totally-closed structure with good rigidity; pressing force is digested through the interior of the device, so that the anti-fatigue capability of the device is guaranteed, and the durability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于牵引电机橡胶节点压装的装置,包括工作台、悬臂立柱、吊车横梁,所述吊车横梁沿其长度方向上滑动连接有橡胶节点压装工装;所述橡胶节点压装工装通过所述吊车横梁调整水平位置和高度;牵引电机固定于所述工作台,所述牵引电机的牵引电机吊挂壁朝向所述橡胶节点压装工装延伸,且所述橡胶节点压装工装的压装端与所述牵引电机吊挂壁的吊挂孔同轴。本发明的装置能够将橡胶节点压入到牵引电机吊挂壁的吊挂孔内,并且在压入过程中牵引电机吊挂壁不受力,同时,该装置采用刚性较好的全封闭性结构,压装力通过装置自身内部消化,从而保证了装置的抗疲劳能力,提高耐用性。
