The invention discloses a fuel cell DC-DC control method. The DC-DC control method comprises the following steps: acquiring an input current value, an input voltage value and an output voltage value;calculating an inductance current value of the current control period according to the input voltage value and a given power value, and setting the inductance current value as an input current upper limit value of the next control period; comparing the output voltage value with an output voltage set value, and performing PI adjustment on the comparison value by a voltage loop to obtain an input current set value; comparing the input current set value with an input current upper limit value, and adjusting the input current set value according to a comparison result; comparing the adjusted inputcurrent set value with an input current value, and performing PI adjustment on a comparison value by a current loop to obtain a duty ratio value of a next control period; and controlling a switch ofa power switching device according to the duty ratio. The current of the input current loop is accurately controlled through the upper limit value of the input current, so that the effect of reducingthe overshoot of the input current is achieved.

    本发明公开一种燃料电池DC‑DC控制方法,包括:采集输入电流值、输入电压值和输出电压值;根据输入电压值和给定的功率值计算当前控制周期的电感电流值,将电感电流值的大小设定为下一控制周期的输入电流上限值;将输出电压值与输出电压设定值进行比较,并由电压环对比较值进行PI调节,以得到输入电流设定值;将输入电流设定值与输入电流上限值进行比较,根据比较结果对输入电流设定值进行调节;将调节后的输入电流设定值与输入电流值进行比较,并由电流环对比较值进行PI调节,以得到下一控制周期的占空比值;根据占空比值对功率开关器件的开关进行控制。本发明通过输入电流上限值对输入电流环的电流进行准确控制,以达到降低输入电流超调量的效果。
