The invention provides a tower crane remote real-time operation system. The tower crane remote real-time operation system comprises a remote control system, a tower crane cab monitoring system and a tower crane lifting variable-amplitude and variable-angle integrated frequency converter control system. The remote control system is used for receiving and converting operation actions of a handheld assembly, sending operation signals to the tower crane cab monitoring system and meanwhile receiving real-time collection data of the tower crane cab monitoring system. The tower crane cab monitoring system is used for collecting relevant data of the tower crane in real time and meanwhile sending the received operation signals and the collected data to the tower crane lifting variable-amplitude andvariable-angle integrated frequency converter control system. The tower crane lifting variable-amplitude and variable-angle integrated frequency converter control system is used for controlling corresponding assemblies of the tower crane to operate in real time according to the operation signals or the collected tower crane data. By means of the system, a driver can control the tower crane on theground or a floor, and accurate positioning and efficient transferring of construction raw materials are facilitated.
