The invention discloses a blade root structure which comprises a blade root connecting piece, the blade root connecting piece comprises a propeller hub connecting section and a girder connecting section arranged at one end of the propeller hub connecting section, the propeller hub connecting section is of a hollow cylindrical structure, and the girder connecting section is a hollow tubular component formed at one end of the propeller hub connecting section in the axial direction. The girder connecting section and the propeller hub connecting section are of an integrated structure and are coaxially arranged; the propeller hub connecting section is provided with a connecting hole used for being connected with a propeller hub. A fixing table used for winding and fixing the root end of the girder is arranged on the girder connecting section; after the root end of the girder is wound around the fixing table to be fixed, a skin wrapping the girder connecting section and the root end of the girder is arranged outside the girder connecting section. By means of the structure, the propeller root structure can be simplified, the anti-loosening effect of the circular root girder of the rigid propeller blade can be effectively improved, the bearing capacity and reliability of the propeller blade are improved, and the structure is suitable for rigid rotor wing propeller root design.

    本发明公开了一种桨叶根部构型,包括桨根连接件,桨根连接件包括桨毂连接段和设置在桨毂连接段一端的大梁连接段,其中:桨毂连接段为空心的圆柱形结构,大梁连接段为沿轴向形成于所述桨毂连接段一端的空心管状构件,大梁连接段、桨毂连接段为一体式结构且同轴布设;所述桨毂连接段上设置有用于和桨毂连接的连接孔;所述大梁连接段上布设由用于缠绕固定大梁根端的固定台;所述大梁的根端缠绕所述固定台进行固定后,在大梁连接段的外部设置包裹大梁连接段以及大梁根端的蒙皮。本发明构型既可以简化桨根结构,又能有效提高刚性桨叶圆形根部大梁防松脱效果,提高了桨叶的承载能力强和可靠性,适用于刚性旋翼桨根设计。
