The invention discloses a wind-electricity complementary transportation tool which structurally comprises a sail, paddles and a ship body, the paddles are movably clamped at the rear end of the ship body, the sail is fixedly embedded at the upper end of the ship body, and when wind power pushing is lost, the ship body is switched to be driven by electric power; due to the fact that the push of left side wind power is lost, elastic strips can quickly push an outer ring which loses blowing of external wind power to rotate upwards to reset, and the canvas can be pulled inwards by the outer ring;the situation that when the ship body is electrically driven, backward thrust is generated by reverse airflow to the canvas, and consequently electric power is wasted is effectively avoided; through thrust generated by external sea wind to a lower ball, the lower ball can slide out downwards under the cooperation of a connecting rod, the outer push plate which loses external force extrusion can berapidly pushed to slide out outwards through a boosting ring, and a collecting plate can be driven to swing outwards along the swing plate; therefore, the outwards-swinging collecting plate can be used for filtering and blocking sea salt in sea wind.
