The invention discloses a berth based on launching of a ship moving trolley and a transformation method, and relates to the technical field of ship or steel structure construction. The berth based onlaunching of the ship moving trolley comprises a berth body, two rail structures, two groove assemblies and two embedded steel plate assemblies, the two rail structures are fixedly connected with theberth body and extend in the length direction of the berth body, and the two rail structures are symmetrically arranged along the center line of the berth body; the two groove assemblies are arrangedat the ends of the two rail structures respectively and fixedly connected with the slipway body, and the groove assemblies are used for installing a ship moving trolley lightering connecting beam tool. The two embedded steel plate assemblies are symmetrically arranged along the center line of the berth body and fixedly connected with the end face of the slipway body, the two groove assemblies areboth located between the two embedded steel plate assemblies, and the embedded steel plate assemblies can abut against a stern transom plate steel fender of the semi-submersible barge. The berth can be improved on the basis of an existing slipway body and has the advantages of being short in construction period, low in improvement cost and the like.
