The invention discloses a heat dissipation device of an automobile hydraulic power steering system. The heat dissipation device comprises a shell and an oil conveying pipe, the shell is arranged on the outer side of the oil conveying pipe in a sleeving mode, an oil outlet connector and an oil inlet connector are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the oil conveying pipe respectively, and two pressure cylinders are symmetrically arranged on the inner side of the shell; and acting assemblies for absorbing heat are arranged on the inner sides of the two pressure cylinders correspondingly, a mounting plate is fixedly connected to the inner side of the shell, and the space, located on the upper side of the mounting plate, in the shell is filled with water. The heat dissipation deviceis reasonable in design, the pressure cylinders are arranged and filled with the rubber particles and the water, and due to the thermal expansion and cold contraction characteristics of the rubber particles, the rubber particles absorb heat of the oil conveying pipe and pressurize the water in the shell, so that a sliding plate moves upwards under water pressure; the sliding plate moves upwards to drive a spoiler to rotate under the transmission action of a guide rod, a rack plate, a gear and a first rotating shaft, so that the purpose of spoiling is achieved, and the heat dissipation efficiency of water to the oil conveying pipe is improved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车液压动力转向系统散热装置,包括壳体和输油管,所述壳体套设在输油管的外侧,所述输油管的上下两端分别设有出油接头和进油接头,所述壳体的内侧对称设有两个压力筒,两个所述压力筒的内侧均设有吸收热量的做功组件,所述壳体的内侧固定连接有安装板,所述壳体内位于安装板上侧的空间填充有水。本发明设计合理,通过设置压力筒,并在压力筒内填充有橡胶粒和水,由于橡胶粒热胀冷缩的特性,橡胶粒吸收了输油管的热量并对壳体内水增压,从而使得滑板受到水压上移,滑板上移通过导杆、齿条板、齿轮和第一转轴的传动作用下带动扰流板转动,从而达到扰流的目的,提高水给输油管的散热效率。
