The wedge prism deflects the light emitted from the projection optical system. The wedge prism deflects the light deflected by the wedge prism. The wedge prisms are held so that a deflection direction of light emitted from the wedge prism is changed by rotation of at least one of the wedge prisms. The aberration correction surface is on the wedge prism side with respect to an emission surface of the projection optical system, and is located on the projection optical system side, with respect to the wedge prism, including an incidence surface of the wedge prism.
