A main controller is deployed in a cab; a host of an inertial navigator is mounted in the cab, and an antenna of the inertial navigator is mounted on a compass deck; a weather station is mounted on a mast; a shaft power meter isarranged on a cabin intermediate shaft; fuel flow meters are mounted on oil inlet and return pipelines of a main engine and an auxiliary engine of a ship body; a thrust meter is mounted on the cabinintermediate shaft; a rudder angle sensor is installed on a steering engine connecting rod, and a rotating speed sensor is installed on an inner tower of the wind power boosting rotor; an electric power meter is installed on the inner tower, a strain gauge of a wireless strain gauge and a transmitter are installed on the inner wall of an outer cylinder of the wind power boosting rotor, and a receiver is installed on the inner tower; and a vibration sensor is installed on the base of the wind power boosting rotor and a shell of a motor, and a component force balance sensor is installed on the base. According to the invention, the operation data of the wind power boosting rotor can be obtained in real time so that an energy-saving effect is optimal, and safety is improved.
