The invention relates to the technical field of wind power-boosting rotors and specifically discloses a dual-driven wind power-boosting rotor. The dual-driven wind power-boosting rotor comprises a base, a supporting frame, a rotary cylinder and drivers. The base is installed on the deck of a ship. One end of the supporting frame is fixedly connected with the base. The rotary cylinder is arranged on the supporting frame in a sleeving manner, and the rotary cylinder and the supporting frame are coaxial. The drivers comprise a first driver and a second driver. The first driver is arranged on thebase, and the rotary cylinder is driven to rotate through a first transmission assembly. The second driver is arranged at the other end of the supporting frame, and the rotary cylinder is driven to rotate through a second transmission assembly. According to the dual-driven wind power-boosting rotor, synchronous operation of two transmission systems is achieved through adjusting the rotating speedof the first driver and the second driver so that the problem that larger distortion, deformation and shaking are generated when the rotary cylinder runs in the single-driven operation process can besolved; and then the rotary cylinder operates smoothly and steadily.
