The invention provides a novel low-resistance bilge keel structure of a maritime work auxiliary ship. The structure comprises a conventional bilge keel fixed to a bilge of a ship body and a pluralityof discrete leaf-shaped rotatable bilge keels. According to the novel low-resistance bilge keel structure of the maritime work auxiliary ship, the part, inconsistent with the surface streamline of theship body due to the situation, of a conventional bilge keel is removed and replaced with a plurality of discrete leaf-shaped bilge keel structures capable of rotating within a small angle range, andthe angles of the discrete leaf-shaped bilge keel structures are automatically adjusted along a streamline during sailing, so that the resistance is reduced.
